• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and I SAW YOU ONCE LIMITED and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.
• Use of isawyouonce.com and these terms are subject to the laws of England which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
